A little bit about me...
First and foremost I’m a proud mama of two young boys that are filled with energy and curiosity. Along with my husband, they are my pack— my willing taste testers, kitchen helpers and little foodies.
Professionally I’ve been a Registered Dietitian for 20 years and I’m a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach trained by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I’m a spiritual seeker, a food lover (MN Grown!), and a world traveler. I love to help people navigate their personal paths towards vibrant health and wellness!
