Coaching Packages
Coaching packages are best for anyone looking to transform their health and wellness by setting both short and long term goals and prefer ongoing support and accountability to reach them. It can take multiple sessions to work through barriers and and slowly ease into a new way of living. Over time we’ll be able to break change down into manageable steps, celebrate success and troubleshoot when you’re struggling. If you’re more at the exploration stage, maybe you’d prefer a single session.

Coaching Package Options

3 Session Package
For those interested in trying coaching, this option may be for you. In our first session I’ll get to know you a little better and then help you decide on which goals you want to get started with. I’ll also offer tools and resources you may use to reach your goals. We’ll do two additional sessions to follow up on your goals and set new ones.

3 Month Program
This is an opportunity to take a deeper dive into realizing your vision for you! First I’ll spend some time getting to know you better and helping you set your initial goals. I will guide you along your way by providing compassionate accountability to help you reach your goals. This package includes 6 biweekly calls either online or over the phone.

6 Month Program
A longer commitment allows you time to solidify your new habits and continue to explore more areas that you’d like to make changes in. We’ll start out spending some time getting to know you and setting initial goals. I’m here to guide you and provide compassionate accountability along the way. This package includes 12 biweekly calls either online or over the phone.
